For the past decade, I have led Altair Global’s powerful partnership with UTD’s Center for Global Business. Through this collaboration, we have provided internships leading to full-time hires, hands-on student projects, leadership sessions, conferences, recruitment pipelines, and guest lectures. In return, we have gained fabulous talent, visibility into future leaders, and valuable networking. A particular highlight was hosting Taiwanese students, whose LinkedIn praise sparked great organic marketing. This rewarding partnership has empowered students to further their careers while allowing us to access their energy and perspectives.
