The Jindal School of Management is large enough to offer many attractive degree plans but small enough to serve each constituent with the highest level of service and satisfaction. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” to today’s management challenges. Therefore, the Career Management Center works hard to build professional development programs that match each individual student. Our goal is to ensure students emerge as strong candidates for JSOM corporate partners.

Fiona primarily prepares Full-time MBA students for their internship and FT job search and connects with MBA recruiters and companies who value exceptional talent. She is honored to work with such well-respected and nationally ranked programs. As the Assistant Director for Full Time MBA Career Services, Phillip works closely with employers and MBA students to design and implement the educational and corporate-partnership programs required for a successful career search in today’s dynamic environment.  Phillip brings over 25 years of corporate Talent Acquisition leadership across a range of industries with noted companies such as Citibank, Capital One, Epsilon, and Capgemini.

Joanna Fowler plays a vital role in supporting Full-Time MBA students throughout their career journey at the Jindal School of Management. With more than 13 years of experience working with MBA students, she brings expertise in navigating the challenges often faced during graduate school. Joanna’s coaching philosophy centers on empowering students to uncover their unique competitive advantage, enhance and leverage their strengths, and build meaningful professional relationships that will propel them confidently into the next phase of their careers.

Lisa is responsible for facilitating relationships between corporate partners and their next generation of talent. Through her experience in education and nonprofit work, she has gained a deeper understanding of industry needs and the importance of employer partnerships in developing a future-ready workforce. Lisa’s goal is to help students launch their careers and would love to have you join in the fun.

Perl coordinates with employers and various programs to effectively connect business students with professionals. Her experience includes industries such as Healthcare, Sales, and Human Resources and Benefits. Perl enjoys helping employers meet with eager students.

Gabriella manages relationships with employers and develop strategies for engagement on campus. She brings experiences working in industries such as Aerospace Technology and Defense, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Higher Education, and Sales.

Neil brings 20+ years of higher education experience and serves as the supervisor for the career development team and the MAS 6102 professional development course.

Jason is dedicated to creating and delivering professional development programs that specifically address the needs of JSOM students. His experience includes 5+ years of campus recruiting from Allstate and Hewlett Packard, as well as experiences in sales, customer service, and teaching.

Mike serves JSOM students as a Career Development Specialist and has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Technology Roles at companies such as IBM, Ericsson, and TD Synnex. His goal is to share this wealth of experience with the students, empowering them with knowledge that will aid in launching and advancing their career plans.

Emilia has a broad HR background- including experience as a campus recruiter, HR business partner, and program manager for early career development programs at Texas Instruments. She is committed to helping students recognize their strengths and approach their careers with confidence and purpose.

Daniella supports the Career Management Center team and our employer and student guests. She enjoys getting to know the students and answering questions about the CMC programs and services. Daniella also assists with planning workshops and classes, and educating students about all available resources and upcoming hiring events.

With over 30 years of working experience, encompassing both corporate and academic realms, Julie plays a key role as the Special Events Coordinator for the CMC.

Julie expresses a dedication to offering help wherever possible, having been a part of the CMC team for over a decade. Whether she is supporting students, programs, staff, or employers, Julie aims to provide the highest level of customer service and support alongside this awesome team of professionals.
