The Office of Financial Aid is available to answer questions regarding your financial aid application and awards via telephone number (972) 883-2941, Monday through Thursday, 09:00 – 06:00 PM and Friday 09:00 – 05:00 PM.

General information on grants, scholarships, long-term education loans, and work-study can be found via our website. Staff can also be reached via email address famail@utdallas.edu. Please send emails from your UT Dallas assigned email account and include your full name and net ID in the body of your email. If you do not know your net ID, please include your full name and date of birth. Email responses will be sent to your UTD email address.
