Are there any grants or financial aid (loans) available for International students?

While international graduate students can receive merit based scholarships, they are not eligible for need based grants through UT Dallas. International students can apply for loans, but they need a credit worthy cosigner who is a US citizen or permanent resident who resides in the United States. UT- Dallas does not have its own loan program. If you would like to pursue a private education loan you will need to select a lender and apply directly. While UT- Dallas may be asked by the lender to confirm you are a student we are not otherwise involved in the process and cannot recommend any lender. Additional information can be found at the Office of Financial Aid.
