I’m trying to install and activate software I downloaded from Azure, and I entered my UTD email address, but it’s not working. Can you help?

Instead of entering your UTD email address, you need to provide the application with the license key that was assigned to you when you ordered the software from Azure. You can find it by returning to the Azure Premium portal, selecting ‘Software’, and searching for the software in question. Once selected, a panel will appear on the right labeled ‘View Key.’ The ways that you enter this license key vary by program, but for Project and Visio, when you first launch it and are shown the activation screen, look for a small link labeled “Enter a license key.”
