How is a mentor match made?

Once you register for the Jindal School mentor program through JindalConnect, you are part of the mentoring community. Beginning in September, Jindal School undergraduates who are part of the Alumni Interview Program will be required in their business communications class to register on www.JindalConnect.com and review mentor profiles to find a mentor who fits their interests and career goals. Once a student finds the ideal mentor, the student will click on the profile and send a message to request mentorship. From there, the alumnus will review mentorship request(s) and approve student(s) accordingly.
