- Register: Go to www.jindalconnect.com – You can register from your computer or from the JindalConnect app. You can download the JindalConnect app for free from the iTunes store or the Android Market.
- Sign in: The easiest way is to sign in with your Linked In account. Customize your profile in less than 2 minutes.
- Include professional, academic and volunteer experience.
- Under the “Willing to help” section, check “Willing to be a mentor.” You can un-check sub-items that don’t apply (such as Guest Lecture or Internships).
- Under the “Summary” section, answer the following: “Why do you want to mentor a student? What do you hope to offer as a mentor?”
- Make sure to click “Update” for each section.
- Await student request(s) starting in September: The student asks you. Check the email used on your JindalConnect profile to make sure you see requests you receive to take part in the Alumni Interview Program.
