I got an internship. So, I will not be enrolled in the minimum of 5 semester credit hours. Now, what happens to my scholarship?

If you got an internship offer and enrolled in an internship course, then you do not have to be enrolled in 5 semester credit hours (this is an exception) to keep your scholarship.
