Do I need to apply for a new I-20 before applying for a visa?

You do not have to apply for a new I-20 if you already have one. However, if you want a new I-20 containing information about your award, which affects your stated financial needs, the UT Dallas International Student Services Office will be happy to issue you a new I-20. Please contact the International Student office directly at ISSOProspective@utdallas.edu.
