UTD Sales Leadership Pulse Project Fall 2025 SMB (Phase 1)
Each semester, students from the Digital Prospecting course interview Executives, Sales Leaders, and Sales Professionals with a questioner provided by Partners in Excellence. As of Jan 2025, the Center for Professional Sales has 600+ interviews in our database. The data is aggregated to provide a pulse on Leadership and Sales with the new data generated each semester.
SMB Pulse Report is derived from the Center for Professional Sales’ Business Acumen Project. The project aims to develop curiosity and business acumen among students and participants by engaging directly with business leaders. Participants interview 8–10 executives or sales leaders using the Brock Questionnaire (Partners in Excellence).
Interviews focus on:
- Past challenges
- Current conditions and opportunities
- Future opportunities and challenges
This report aggregates these responses into persistent themes and time-based patterns.
