Current First-Year College Student Application
Each fall, a limited number of current first-semester college students are accepted into the program for the following spring semester. DMHP accepts current first-year UT Dallas students who are business majors, and external transfer students entering the Naveen Jindal School of Management. All applications are evaluated based on courses taken and the earned GPA. Other admission requirements and considerations are:
- Students must be graduating with their bachelor’s degree no earlier than May 2026.
- Minimum cumulative UT Dallas GPA of 3.5 (to be verified after the fall 2023 semester)

Application components:
- Students must upload a 1-2 page professional resume that highlights their achievements, extracurricular involvement, work/internship experience, etc. Example Resume

Students must:
- Submit a 1-page response to “Write a letter to yourself to be opened after your college graduation.”
- Submit a 1-page response to “Tell us about your college experience thus far. How would you like to see your college experience change from now until graduation, and what are some ways that you will be able to make those changes?”
- Students will provide a recommendation contact. Recommenders will receive a link to a recommendation form within 2 business days of DMHP receiving the student’s application.
- Incoming transfers must submit a copy of their unofficial transcript from all universities they have attended.
- Select students will be invited for a phone or video interview. Interviews will begin in November 2023.

- Current First-Year UT Dallas Students — Application will open October 1, 2023. Deadline to Apply for Spring 2024: October 31, 2023
