Accommodation

- Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder ($279 per night) and Hilton Garden Inn Boulder ($259 per night). To get the conference rate, you should book by June 5, 2024. - Residence Inn Boulder Canyon Boulevard ($259 per night). To get the conference rate, you should book by May 28, 2024. If you have any issues booking the rooms (e.g., no rooms appear available), please feel free to contact Linda Bowen by calling 303-440-8877, and asking to be transferred to the sales department. They will honor the discounted rate if rooms are still available.
- Budget hotel option: The Boulder Broker. Note that his is not a conference hotel and hence no conference rate is offered.
Transportation
From the airport to Boulder: The nearest airport is Denver International Airport. From there, Boulder is 45 minutes by car. Here are some options to get from the airport to Boulder:
- Taking the AB1 bus from the airport to the Downtown Boulder Station (ticket costs $10). We recommend downloading the RTD Mobile Ticket App.
- Using a shuttle service such as Eight Black (costs around $60).
- Uber or Lyft ridesharing services (costs between $70 and $100).
Between the hotels and the Leeds School of Business: The hotels are located at about 1 mile from the Leeds School of Business. To move between the hotels and the school, you have the following options:
- Walk: about 20-25 minutes.
- Public transportation: We recommend downloading the RTD Mobile Ticket App.
- Conference hotels: take the HOP bus ($3.00). From the conference hotels, take the HOP Clockwise at the stop at 28th & Canyon (right outside the hotels) until the stop at Colorado & Folsom, a 5-min walk from the school. From the school, take the HOP Counterclockwise.
- Budget hotel: take the 225/225D/225T bus ($3.00). From the hotel, take the bus at the stop at Baseline Rd & 30th St until the stop at Broadway & Regent Dr, a 5-min walk from the school.
