Morgan grew up in the greater Houston area. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 with a BBA in finance and a minor in accounting. In January 2017, Morgan joined the 3 year Texas Instrument ACCESS Rotation Program as a generalist. She’s worked as a financial analyst, customer service representative, and most recently, a business unit accountant. Outside of work and school, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends. Morgan chose the UT Dallas Professional MBA Evening Cohort because of the collaborative nature and the affordability of the program.

Srikanth Jagannathan received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from University of Madras. He worked in the software industry for 4 years before moving to the United States to pursue graduate studies. He received his Master of Science and Doctorate degrees from Vanderbilt University in Electrical Engineering. He is currently working as a principal hardware design engineer at NXP Semiconductors. He is a technical expert and has published over 35 co-authored papers in scientific journals and holds 15 (9 pending) patents. Srikanth plans to switch to a business role in the semiconductor industry and is interested in product management and strategy. He chose the evening cohort program at UT Dallas for its outstanding curriculum and immense networking opportunities. He plans combine his technical expertise along with the business skills from the MBA program to accomplish his goals. Srikanth’s hobbies include staying active, traveling and sports. Most of all, he loves his family and friends.

Tiffani received her BA in Psychology and Child Development and her MS in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience with top honors from The University of Texas at Dallas. Fascinated by the human mind, she worked as a Traumatic Brain Injury Research Coordinator for 10 years at UT Dallas. In her most recent role, she works as an Institutional Review Board Specialist with the Office of Research at UT Dallas. She is also on staff as a therapist at Children’s Health on the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and is a strong advocate of mental health awareness. Her previous experiences of leadership and organizational growth motivated her to seek an MBA degree. Tiffani chose to attend the UT Dallas Professional MBA Evening Cohort Program because of the affordability of a high quality academic program, the opportunity to interact with a diverse and collaborative small cohort, and the supportive environment from MBA staff and faculty. The flexibility of the evening cohort also allows Tiffani to find a happy balance between work, school, and being a mother to her young son. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dogs, traveling and experiencing new cultures and food.

Caroline received her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2018. She currently works for LifePath systems, the local authority for behavioral health in Collin County. Her role is the evaluator for the Texas System of Care program, a HHSC community-based initiative. She returned to UTD for her MBA with a concentration in healthcare leadership and management and leadership in organizations. Caroline is an avid sports fan especially football, basketball and tennis. As a health enthusiast, Caroline believes in living a healthy lifestyle and staying active. She enjoys working out at the gym, volunteering and spending time with friends and loved ones.

An Iranian-American citizen, Amir initially moved to U.S. to pursue academic goals. He received an Honor Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture (Magna cum Laude) and a Master of Architecture both from the University of Texas at Arlington. Amir is a registered architect, a member of National Council of Architectural Registration Board, and a member of America Institute of Architects. He has been working as a designer, a project architect, a project manager and a construction administrator for over a decade in a very fast paced, multifaceted and extremely demanding cross industry profession. Currently he works at a global design firm, HKS Architects, and is pursuing the MBA degree to further expand his range of knowledge in business field. He chose UTD because the values it offers such as diversified and inclusive culture, small classroom sizes, extraordinary education, high rankings, affordable program cost, and significant networking opportunities just a few to mention. Amir enjoys creative arts, flying drones, playing chess and traveling.

Ian grew up in Arlington, TX and received his BA in International Relations with a focus in economic development from Brown University in 2011. Currently, Ian serves as Regional Vice President with Westwood Holdings Group, a local asset manager in Dallas, TX. In his role, Ian focuses on raising assets for the firm’s mutual fund family and separately managed accounts through multiple channels. Throughout his career, Ian has worked for both private and public investment firms, developing a passion for the financial markets. This passion has led him to pursue an MBA with a concentration in finance at UTD. Ian chose the UTD MBA program specifically because of the quality and affordability of the program, along with the ability to concentrate in finance. In his spare time, Ian enjoys traveling, playing soccer and spending time with friends and family.
