Additionally, HR professionals proactively interact with employees at all levels to understand their perspectives and ensure that their concerns are addressed in a fair and expeditious manner.

HR professional monitor the professional environment for new developments and trends in human resources that may affect the organization.

HR is responsible for ensuring that the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations at local, state and federal levels.

HR professionals Lead efforts to acquire and develop talent in the organization, including recruiting, on-boarding, training and ongoing learning.

HR professionals develop performance measurement and total rewards systems that ensure employees are focused on priority activities and are appropriately rewarded for accomplishing those activities.

Lastly, HR is the principal change agent in the organization, leading and managing efforts to change and adapt to new threats and opportunities.
