The ITS Exploration Camp gives high school students a sneak peek into how the UT Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management breaks down the complexities of IT systems into modules that make sense, come together in a cohesive way and introduce IT’s many career possibilities. Our experienced faculty help students carve a niche for themselves in the field of IT. Coupled with an exuberant campus and a waterfall of opportunities, the Jindal School is leading future generations with the ITS program.

Field Trips and Activities

You will go on two corporate site visits and learn more about what companies are doing with IT. You also will experience the traditional college life by touring the dorms, activity center and other fun on-campus places that UT Dallas students use.

Cost and Payment
Registration for this event is $395. Your registration fee covers meals and snacks, T-shirt, gifts, and materials used.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before 3 days prior to the event: If you need to cancel your enrollment any time before 3 days prior to the start of the camp, a partial refund will be provided. A fee of $105 will be forfeited from the total tuition paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- Cancellation within 3 days of the event: If you cancel your enrollment within 3 days before the event begins, no refund will be issued. 100% of the tuition paid will be forfeited.
- Notification of cancellation: In order to initiate the cancellation process, please notify us by email as soon as possible. A cancellation is considered official only when you receive confirmation from us.

Location
The ITS Exploration Camp is held at the University of Texas at Dallas, Jindal School of Management. There is a residential option for students who would like to stay on campus the entire week in the dorms. See the Lodging tab for more details.

Memories
Last summer students had a great time exploring ITS related activities at our first ITS Exploration Camp. Students learned by building computers, programming Arduino boards, discovering cybersecurity, visualizing data, exploring UTD campus and so much more. Not sure if ITS for you? The ITS Exploration camp was designed for students to explore the dynamic and exciting field of IT.

The field trips and the Arduino boards were my favorite. I learned that there is a lot more to ITS than I had thought, and that there are so many opportunities for the STEM fields.
