The Organizations, Strategy and International Management (OSIM) area features a multidisciplinary group of management scholars engaged in cutting edge research and teaching activities. The Naveen Jindal School of Management’s world class research covers domains such as:

The OSIM area offers (1) a BS in Global Business, (2) an MS in International Management Studies, (3) an MS in Management and Administrative Sciences, and (4) a PhD in International Management Studies with concentrations in strategy, organization behavior/organization theory, and international management. In addition, the area offers a variety of elective courses for our BSBA, MBA, and MS programs that reflect the challenges of managing in a dynamic, global environment.
