THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT DALLAS

2014 Leadership Challenge Invitation

The Leadership Challenge:

Straight From the CEO

Natural disasters, product recalls, bankruptcies — in most cases
we watch from afar as others lead their organizations through crises.
But, how would
you respond?

The Leadership Challenge

with Mike Ullman, former CEO of JCPenney

on Leading a Turnaround - including an Encore Performance

Monday, October 12th, 8 am – 12 pm with Networking Lunch provided

Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas

800 W. Campbell Road, Richardson, TX 75080-3021

The Leadership Challenge is a series of experiential case studies
for executive management. Participants get a first-hand account of an actual crisis situation, develop and present their own actions plans, then hear the insider’s view of what really happened, directly from the leaders who lived and managed through it.
