Biography
Professor Goldman joined the Jindal School of Management in 2016. His research area is empirical tax and financial accounting. Professor Goldman’s published work examines the intersection of external auditors and corporate taxation. He also examines how corporate taxation affects business strategy, as well how global business structuring affects financial reporting. Before joining UTD, Professor Goldman received his B.S. in Physiology from The University of Arizona College of Medicine and his MAC from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. After working at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Charlotte, NC, he received his PhD from the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona.
