Biography:

Mr. DeCourcy is a multi-disciplined financial executive with 30 years of experience at public and private companies leading all facets of finance, legal, IT and administration. Starting his career as a CPA with a major accounting firm, he moved into the CFO role for companies in the real estate and technology industries.

Mr. DeCourcy has worked with entrepreneurial technology start-ups as well as large multinationals and has board experience with an SEC registrant. He founded a technology firm (now part of Intuit) and oversaw its development through profitability and sale. Mr. DeCourcy has spent most of his career in the finance with lead negotiation experience including corporate debt financing, venture funding, joint ventures, IPOs, private equity, public bond issues, public equity issues, and private investment in public enterprise structures. Mr. DeCourcy has also been a speaker at financing conferences and has authored articles on business and banking technology. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management.

Mr. DeCourcy has a BA in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from Carleton University in Ottawa Canada. He is also a graduate of the Ontario School of Accountancy and has an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He earned a Chartered Accountant designation in Ontario, Canada and holds a CPA license in Texas.
