From the Director of Executive Coaching
What a productive summer it has been! Our recruiting efforts are bringing in an eclectic and motivated group of professionals into our 9A cohort. We will have a good balance of external and internal coaches. Having both sets of perspectives adds a great deal of depth to our discussions. And yet, even as we are bringing in this group of excited students we are pleased to be graduating another cohort this fall. This will be our 11th cohort to complete the program– hard to believe!
Of special note is the fact that we will be graduating our first group of master’s students at the end of the summer. These students will graduate with a Master of Science degree in Management and Administrative Sciences with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Furthermore, a couple of our students will be continuing on for our MBA degree. We are proud to be able to offer this academic option for our coaching students. We currently have 32 students enrolled in MS courses.
That’s it for now. As always, we welcome your questions and short letters, as well as suggestions from readers about future articles.
