From the Director of Executive Coaching
I hope you are having a great Spring! Our new and improved website for the UT Dallas Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching Program is up and running. We invite you all to check it out as we think it provides a clearer and very professional representation of our program and what we can offer.
We are very excited to announce a new partnership with the Center for Conflict Dynamics located within Eckerd College in Florida. They are the authors of the well-researched Conflict Dynamics Profile and the Conflict Dynamics Profile 360. We will be using the 360 version to give feedback to UTD EMBA students. All of our EMBA coaches will be trained in its usage. Also, we will be co-sponsoring a Train-the-Trainer session for their new workshop, “Becoming Conflict Competent” in the later part of October of this year. If you are interested in finding out more please contact us.
Finally, in the last edition of this newsletter I wrote that we will be providing ACC coaching training for 100 mentor-coaches at Western Governor’s University (WGU), an accredited virtual university established 11 years ago by the governors of 19 states. We are starting the first Cohort of 34 students this month and have had an initial orientation. We are impressed with the quality of these professionals and we look forward to working with them to enhance their professional coaching abilities.
We invite each of you to keep in touch and wish you continued success in 2011.
