UTD Coaching News

From the Director of Executive Coaching

Hello from the Organizational Behavior and Coaching Program at UTD.  We hope you are all having a great summer.  It’s hard to believe but in September the Graduate Certificate program will celebrate its fifth anniversary. At that point we will have graduated ten cohort classes. Our students and graduates form a most impressive and influential force, and we are proud to report that 100% of our Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) graduates who apply for an ICF credential have received their credential. The impressive performance and growth is a tribute to the efforts of our great faculty and program staff-and to the students who enroll in and graduate from our program.

As you know from our last newsletter we are an expanding program.  As such we have made some structural changes to accommodate our broader scope.  Judy Feld, who previously managed the training portion of our program, will assume a broader operational role as Associate Director of the ACTP certificate program.  Judy Clothier will also assume a larger role as Program Manager for the Organizational Behavior & Coaching program.  Thank you both for your continued assistance.

That’s it for now.  As always, we welcome your questions and short letters, as well as suggestions from readers about future articles.

Best regards,

Robert Hicks, PhD
