UTD Coaching News

From the Director of Executive Coaching

Moving forward!  As you know, we at UTD Coaching are proud to be on the leading edge of distance learning technology.  It is our goal to provide our students with the best “virtual classroom” learning experience possible.  To that end, we have added integrated telephonic audio to our classrooms.   This increases the effectiveness of our classes in many ways.  We have clearer and more consistent audio, the interactions with our instructors and between our students is greater than it was before (and it was very good in the past), the recorded classes are better, and technical issues have all but disappeared.  In short, our students feel as if they are on-site, even though they may be across the country – or even the world.

Our new class is doing great.  They are soaking up the concepts, tools, and techniques of our solution-focused coaching curriculum, including how the ICF competencies are operationalized.  Our continuing students haven’t been forgotten either. We are preparing those students who are seeking the Master of Science degree for their first set of organizational behavior classes.  The initial one being Power and Politics in organizations – it should be fascinating.

Finally, our March cohort is almost half full.  For those of you who are thinking of joining us I suggest that you get on board early.  We expect another full cohort.

That’s it for now.  As always, we welcome your questions and short letters, as well as suggestions from readers about future articles.

Best regards,
