Training Objectives

  1. Identify current business issues and learn why SAP is the foremost ERP tool used to resolve common business problems.
  2. Explain the purpose, functional and capabilities of SAP, the ASAP project management and Run SAP methodologies.
  3. List the key steps in the organization change management (OCM) methodology and explain the steps for each phase.
  4. Learn how to apply OCM tools and templates to “real world” project cases.
  5. Develop client-facing consulting skills required to manage project change, mitigate risks and improve implementation success.

This program will be held once each quarter on Fridays and Saturdays.You must attend all 3 classes for certification.
