Lee Smith is the ACTP Coach Training Director at UT Dallas. She has been a faculty member at UT Dallas, as well as Adjunct Professor at Northwest University in Seattle. She is a highly experienced Executive Leader Coach working with C-level leaders and their executive teams. She has a proven record in coaching and developing leaders in realizing solutions to critical executive issues, addressing change and delivering results. In her work, Lee serves as the coach, leader, strategic change agent, teacher, encourager and trusted advisor. As President of CoachWorksR International for many years, her clients include Fortune 500 companies and other organizations and non-profits. She has experience in both rolling out leadership and cultural changes in organizations as well as working with chief executives in leadership. Lee holds one of the first ICF certifications as Master Certified Coach. Her doctorate is in Organizational Behavior and Psychology with an undergrad in Business. She has authored books, coaching programs, assisted in establishing standards/ethics for the coaching profession, and co-developed Legacy LeadershipR, a comprehensive leadership model. She is the co-author of the book, Legacy Leadership: The Leader’s Guide to Lasting Greatness.
