Frances Shuster has been coaching professionally since 1997 in the areas of leadership development, transformational change, executive effectiveness, and strategic thinking and planning. In addition to guiding her clients to develop insights, she partners with them to co-design positive actions that lead to acceleration of goal achievement.
She is a founding member and president of the nonprofit organization, Coaching For Results, Inc., an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), 2006 president of the ICF, North Texas Chapter, and credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF. She is a faculty member and supervising coach in the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management ICF Accredited Coach Training Program and a coach in the UTD School of Management Executive MBA program.
In addition to coaching, Frances is an international presenter, speaker, and expert facilitator. Prior to becoming a coach, she was a director of staff development and a national literacy consultant. She has written and delivered numerous leadership training programs. Publications include tips booklets for teachers–Effective Parent Conferences and Time Management for Teachers. She is a co-author of the book, Results Coaching: The New Essential for School Leaders, which was published in August 2010.
Frances obtained her BS from the University of Texas in Austin and her MEd from the University of North Texas. She received her coach training from the Center for Cognitive Coaching, Breakthrough Enterprises, and CoachU.
