Caroline Adams Miller, MAPP is an author, teacher, motivational speaker and performance coach who is considered one of the world’s experts on the intersection of the science of happiness and the science of goal accomplishment. Her latest book, “Creating Your Best Life,” is the first mass market book to share an evidence-based approach to success and well-being with the world, leading it to sell out repeatedly and be translated into multiple foreign languages, while also being used as a textbook in many educational settings. Martin Seligman, the “father of Positive Psychology,” praised “Creating Your Best Life” as adding “a major missing piece to the world of coaching.” Caroline also contributed the chapter, “Positive Psychology in Coaching” to the French handbook on Positive Psychology (Traite de psychologie positive” (2011).
Caroline is a magna cum laude of Harvard University, and has a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is the author of five best-selling books, was the first person to bring Positive Psychology to XM’s satellite radio, and is frequented cited as an expert in worldwide media.
