What You Will Learn

Our approach is not based on traditional educational approaches. We flip the classroom by using a case-based curriculum, online discussions and group reports that are centered on real-life healthcare, administration and leadership problems. You will learn how to solve problems not just talk about them. You will be expected to solve business and healthcare problems as seen from multiple points of view.

Our approach is industry-focused using a cohort — group-style — approach to learning. We utilize case studies, online discussions, face-to-face discussions and group work during each class session to call out key ideas and best practices. You will leave each class with action plans that you can put into practice immediately. Classes are jointly taught by seasoned business leaders, experienced healthcare professionals, medical school faculty and a select group of experienced physician executives in an interactive setting that encourages sharing and collaboration and reports.

Some of the things you will learn:

  • Strategies and tactics to drive positive change in your organization
  • How to work with diverse teams and understand the CNO, CMO and physician mindset
