Curriculum - GLEMBA

The Global Leadership Executive MBA curriculum is designed for the functional manager who is looking to accelerate his or her career by gaining a broader international business perspective. The program is 21 months over five semesters, and it begins with a retreat at the beginning of the first four semesters.

Students will begin by learning the foundations of business in the first two semesters. The third semester begins with an international retreat to kick off the global track. Students learn to conduct due diligence prior to entering a new geographic market. The fourth semester is about entering and operating in new regional markets and the fifth semester focuses on leading and executing in a globalized enterprise culminating with the international study tour.
