CareerWorks is the UT Dallas Career Center’s online recruiting system. Job postings, on-campus interview schedules, and career events can be found using this system.

ExecutiveLink
UT Dallas ExecutiveLink provides an opportunity for full-time MBA students to engage senior level executives in their place of business for the purpose of enhancing the students’ curricular experience. These site visits are extremely informative and are great networking events.

Global Student Ambassadors
The Global Student Ambassador Program is a select group of graduate students dedicated to supporting, promoting, and representing UT Dallas at local businesses. The program creates an opportunity to experience the different cultures and ideas of the students and businesses in Richardson. Students visit participating companies, speak with employees, and learn firsthand how the businesses operate.

Leadership Council
The CMC Leadership Council is a select group of graduate and undergraduate students who volunteer at recruiting events and office programs. The program provides an opportunity for students within the Naveen Jindal School of Management to enhance their professional development and to gain exclusive access to campus recruiting events.

Industry Forums
The CMC hosts a number of industry forums in the spring and fall semesters. Executives from local businesses share their stories and career advice with students. Although we target specific majors at each forum, we encourage students to attend forums outside their majors. The list of forums is as follows: Accounting, Finance, Global International Business, Healthcare, Marketing, MIS/ITM, Real Estate, and Supply Chain/Operations.

Mock Interview Day
The best way to prepare for an interview is to practice. Our Mock Interview Day gives students the opportunity to interview with Recruiters and HR managers from local companies.

Internships are the best way for students to gain practical work experience and apply what they learned in the classroom to business situations. From a career standpoint, an internship is an excellent resume builder and can often lead to a full-time job. Therefore, we highly encourage students to apply for internships. Celebrate your internship with the CMC by Emailing Us when you receive an offer. Be sure to include your name, major and concentration, and the company name.
