Meet the Team

The Career Management Team is committed to meeting the career preparedness needs of our students and the talent acquisition needs of our employers. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service possible to students, employers, faculty, staff, alums and friends of the school. We welcome visitors to our center which is located on the second floor of the Jindal School of Management.

Tom Kim, CFSP I, Assistant Dean Before joining Jindal School of Management, Tom spent 20 years in Dallas/Ft. Worth in a variety of corporate and academic settings. He spent 16 years as an executive with Pepsi and then at PrimeSource FSE and 12 years as a Board of Trustee with the Lewisville Independent School District. His progressive career in supply chain management in the DFW area has well prepared him to network with a vast number of employers in the DFW area and beyond. Tom is a Naval Academy graduate and enjoys bringing both his military career leadership training and his corporate experience to bear for the benefit of the Jindal School’s Career Management Team.

Lucretia Ensminger, Employer Relations Coordinator Lucretia comes to the Jindal School of Management with 20 years of experience working with C level executives, serving as liaison to other industry professionals. Her prior experience and 11 years of career management center experience has forged strong corporate relationships and partnerships. Lucretia provides employers the most efficient access to our quality students insuring that each employer identifies recruits and hires the most qualified candidates through internship programs, career fairs, and information sessions.
