School of Management offers PhD programs in International Management Studies and Management Science. However, the doctoral students may have concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing and Operations Management.
This program is designed for students seeking training in the most advanced issues, both theoretical and applied, in the field of accounting. It is intended to prepare them primarily for teaching positions in research–oriented universities. Operations Management emphasizes the development of models, methods, applications and algorithms as they apply to problems in industrial manufacturing, complex supply chains and services. Students are exposed to deterministic and stochastic modeling and may apply and develop these and new methods to solve problems in their selected topics. Students may combine a major in finance, information systems or marketing with one in operations management/supply chain management.
