Real Estate Concentration
The Real Estate industry has a profound impact on every sector of business and public policy. The significant resources expended by business and government in this area demand educational and professional skills that cross many academic disciplines.
The Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas has developed an innovative real estate program at both the undergraduate and graduate levels to prepare the next generation of industry leaders. The curriculum has been designed to provide the qualitative and quantitative tools necessary to enter one of the many fields available to graduates in this area. These include professions such as investment analysis, consulting, brokerage, appraisal, development and corporate asset management.
Responding to rapid changes in technology and the importance of bringing sophisticated tools to the industry, the real estate courses emphasize practical tools, decision making and the very latest analytical technologies.
The Real Estate program prepares students for the unique demands of this industry and provides the foundational base to achieve further industry certifications and designations.
